BSE offer’s monthly coaching & training services for endurance sports and adventures. Some of the sports we coach – road running, ultra running, trail running, outdoor adventures and general fitness. From a 5k to multi day adventurers, BSE will guide you down the right path.
These are highly individualized training plans that are strategically integrated with your day to day lifestyle for maximum effectiveness and adherence to your schedule. We will get to know you through our questionnaires, athlete profiles, training history, assessments and the rapport we develop together through phone consults, coaching sessions, emails, video chat, etc.
The more I learn about you, the more focused and effective your training will be. We design and plan your weekly, monthly and annual training based on your goals, training time availability, stress levels, sleep patterns, exercise history, as well as your injury & health profile. We also address compensations, imbalances and injuries as needed with a corrective and functional strength training component (available in Tier 2). The goal is for you to become a more resilient, knowledgeable and a complete athlete for life and the adventures ahead.
