RunningWOD daily training is an amalgamation of close to 40 years of training and racing experiences from 1 mile to 100 miles. These’s workout are designed for the athlete who doesn’t need the accountability of a one on one coaching service. The workouts are available for athletes to pick and chose their workouts, allowing the athlete design their own training plan to accommodate their needs and lifestyle. RunningWOD incorporates and balances run training with strength & conditioning to increase an athletes durability and longevity.
